Just another 3rd person template

This is a 3rd person shooter template that i am starting with and it will continue to be polished as i continue to make short games with in in the future.

Currently there is a mini game for those who wants to test out the template.

The goal of this project is for me to have a better starting point and faster turn over for my game prototyping .

This game will always be under a "development build" as its technically not a full game. But i will try to add more mini games as i progress
