WebGL v15 Build Feature - A HUD visual overhaul

This round the update is simple. replacing most of the UI placeholder and polish the UI Logic.
And that's it!
A very very short update i say. Really there is nothing much to say here since its mainly replacing the UI with better UI assets, rework how the Info is presented and making it easy to navigate.
